What You’ll Bring
To be successful in this role, you will have at least 2 years of retail leadership experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and demonstrate strong commercial acumen.

Experience supporting store management with the protection of people, property and premises by securing cash, stock and property. Keyholder responsibility including availability for emergency call outs.

Ability to effectively manage difficult situations and have good problem-solving skills.

Position holder must be able to communicate effectively and efficiently, orally and in writing, with managers, supervisors, and colleagues in English to provide instruction, coaching, corrective action, safety instructions and lead teams as a manager daily and in emergencies.
- You are a dynamic, proactive person with a strong leadership spirit
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Manager in the Retail or Large-Scale Retail sector
- You are available for immediate transfer to the national territory – with the possibility of expressing a preference between the North Area or the Central South Area
