Head of Planning – Victoria’s Secret | UAE

As Victoria’s Secret continues to strengthen its commercial performance across markets, we are looking for a Head of Planning to lead this core brand. The role will bring together commercial insight, inventory discipline and forward planning to ensure the business has the right product, in the right place, at the right time while influencing key decisions across the brand.

What the role entails

• Planning, Forecasting & P&L Management: Lead the merchandise planning strategy across markets, including sales, stock, inventory and OTB planning
• Commercial Performance: Drive sales, margin and profitability through effective forecasting, inventory optimisation and markdown management
• Business Insights: Identify risks and opportunities, translating data and market trends into clear commercial actions
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Buying, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to align planning and execution
• Planning Excellence: Strengthen planning processes, reporting and governance to improve forecast accuracy and inventory productivity
• People Leadership: Lead and develop the Planning team, building capability, succession and a high-performance culture

What we’re looking for

• 10+ years of merchandise planning experience within fashion, apparel or beauty retail:
• Strong commercial and analytical capability, with experience across forecasting, OTB and inventory management
• Strong understanding of retail planning systems, tools and processes
• Deep understanding of key retail metrics including sales, margin, stock turn and sell-through
• Ability to translate complex data into clear commercial recommendations and actions
• Strong ability to influence and partner effectively with senior and cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing planning teams
