Quality Coordinator – Key Requirements
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance within a food manufacturing environment.
- Experience with FMCG or food production facilities preferred.
Technical Knowledge
- Good understanding of HACCP, GMP, Food Safety, and Quality Management Systems.
- Knowledge of FSSC 22000 requirements and CCP monitoring.
- Experience in quality inspections, audits, product evaluations, and complaint investigations.
- Familiarity with microbiological sampling, calibration verification.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine quality and food safety inspections throughout the facility.
- Verify raw materials, work-in-process, and finished product compliance.
- Monitor GMP, personal hygiene, pest control, PPE compliance, and housekeeping standards.
- Investigate quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
- Maintain quality records, trackers, KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support product launches, process validation, and positive product release activities.

- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
