Role Purpose

To lead and deliver end‑to‑end marketing activity for Raising Cane’s across assigned markets, driving brand growth, customer engagement, and commercial performance. The role owns the annual marketing plan and works closely with Brand Leadership, Corporate Marketing, CMD, and Corporate Communications to ensure all activity aligns with brand standards, Alshaya governance, and budget targets.


Key Accountabilities

Strategic Marketing & Planning

  • Develop and deliver the annual marketing plan, ensuring execution on time, on budget, and to brand standards.
  • Lead strategic planning in the absence of the CLD Senior Marketing Manager.
  • Ensure Raising Cane’s brand proposition is consistently reflected across all marketing activity.

Store Openings & Growth Initiatives

  • Develop marketing plans for new store openings, new markets, and underperforming stores.
  • Partner with Corporate Communications and CMD on launch, promotional, and turnaround plans.

Consumer Insight & Performance

  • Own market research, customer insight, and competitor analysis.
  • Provide clear performance reporting and insights to support commercial decision-making.
  • Work closely with Stores and Customer Care to enhance customer experience.

Campaign, Creative & Media

  • Lead execution of ATL, BTL, digital, in-store, PR, and promotional campaigns.
  • Define annual media mix and manage campaign delivery through CMD and MBU.
  • Ensure all artwork, content, and campaigns are aligned with Alshaya brand and content guidelines.

CRM, PR & Social Media

  • Support customer acquisition and database growth initiatives aligned with Alshaya CRM strategy.
  • Build and deliver annual PR and (approved) social media plans.
  • Handle media enquiries and events in line with Corporate Communications guidelines.

People & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across Brand, Operations, CMD, and Corporate functions.
  • Lead and develop team members and manage external agency relationships.
  • Ensure all activity reflects Alshaya’s Vision, Values, and policies.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Experience

  • Marketing or Brand Management experience, preferably within QSR, F&B, retail, or hospitality.
  • Experience working within a matrix or corporate-governed environment (GCC experience preferred).

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong planning, execution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and commercial mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-market environment.
