The Food Executive role is responsible for delivering high-quality food training to Starbucks partners, ensuring all food preparation, safety, and quality standards are consistently met in line with Starbucks and Alshaya policies. The role supports operational excellence by developing partner skills, driving food safety compliance, and maintaining standards across stores.

  • Training & Development:

 

Deliver food training program to new and existing Starbucks partners.

Conduct hands-on training sessions on food preparation, handling, storage and presentation.

Coach and support partners to build confidence and consistency

Assesses partner performance and provide feedback.

Assist the roll-out of the freshly baked products in KSA stores.

  • Food Safety & Quality:

 

Ensure compliance with Starbucks food safety standards HACCP guidelines and local regulations

Monitor food quality, freshness, and waste management

Support food safety audit and corrective actions

Ensure the product fully complies with the approved specifications

Train partners on the food safety approach

Coordinate with QA personnel to track and resolve pending supplier issues

Assist partners and DM’s during weekly panel

Ensuring QR code-allergen data card & calories are updated prior to any new launches

Visit stores to ensure all products are as the approved specs & partners are handling them correctly

  • Operation Support:

 

Work closely with store and Area managers to identify training needs

Support new store openings and product launches

Ensure consistent food standards across assigned stores

  • Reporting & Continuous Improvement:

 

Maintain training records and reports

Provide feedback on training effectiveness and operational challenges

  • Skills & Competencies:

 

Strong knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards

Excellent communication and coaching skills

Strong attention to detail and organization

Ability to motivate and develop teams

Qualifications & Experience:

 

              Diploma or certification in Food Safety, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)

              2-3 years of experience in food operation or training, preferably within Starbucks or a similar brand

              HACCP or equivalent food safety certification is an advantage

  • Working Conditions:

 

Requires travel between stores

Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
