This food manufacturing environment requires an experienced Maintenance Manager to drive continuous improvement ensuring maximum output and quality at all times.

This role provides the opportunity for improvement, innovation, problem solving and decision making to ultimately deliver results which have an impact on the wider food business.

You will also have team coaching and development responsibilities.
