Role Profile:
Responsible for carrying out IT technical requirements and support for assigned areas to
provide technical solutions that maintain daily efficiency.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Configure and install the network servers (Windows 2000/Novell/Linux)
Enforce organisation information security standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Handle on / off site computer hardware and Network problems at any point of time.
Handle Network design, cabling and installation of new stores.
Upgrade and migrate operating systems and software applications.
Handle user complaints and problems and provide ultimate solutions to their needs and
requirements.
Assemble and install point of sale systems (IBM, Micros)
Knowledge:
Graduate in Computer Science/Engineering, and certified for all major Business
Management technologies.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in the appropriate field.
Fully competent Computer Hardware Engineer with proven track record.
Skills:
Multi tasking under pressure.
Excellent communication skills.
