Role Overview

As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the overall marketing activity for the brand or brand cluster, driving measurable growth through data-driven insights, strategic planning, and the execution of integrated marketing plans. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s vision, optimizing customer experiences, and ensuring sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Data-Driven Decision-Making (Research & Insights)

  • Analyze market, customer, and competitor data to identify trends, threats, and opportunities.
  • Leverage data & analytics to produce actionable insights and translate them into compelling marketing strategies and tactics that influence business and customer decisions
  • Provide performance reporting and recommendations to key stakeholders at a regular cadence

Brand Strategy

  • Ensure the brand proposition is integrated into all marketing activity; define and document the proposition where needed.
  • Plan for new market entry, store openings, and challenged stores, briefing relevant teams as required.
  • Set targets and measures (KPIs) for all marketing activities, identifying challenges opportunities

Activation Planning

  • Create integrated omnichannel marketing plans, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Develop and allocate a budget that focuses on the most effective marketing channels in priority markets, ensuring optimal return on investment for the brand.
  • Create engaging content and personalized communications to drive engagement, loyalty and retention.
  • Create personalized interactions and customized offers that cater to your target or potential audience needs, preferences and behaviors
  • Develop business cases for new programs and tactical activities outside the annual plan.

Execution and Optimization

  • Ensure the comprehensive implementation of the marketing strategy and plan through the efficient execution of integrated omnichannel marketing initiatives
  • Track performance of activities and leverage data to optimize your plans across various initiatives and channels

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead and nurture the team to foster collaborative, positive and high performing work environment
  • Collaborate across departments and with external partners to drive overall strategy and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to sharing best practices within the brand, division, and across the organization.

Required Skills & Proficiency

  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in leveraging data and analytics tools.
  • Knowledge in market research, customer data & insights, and foresight mapping.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute brand and commercial strategies.
  • Experience in omnichannel planning, content creation, and loyalty management.
  • Proficient skills in performance tracking and data-driven optimization.
  • Proficiency Level: Defined (Level 3).
  • 5-7 years of marketing experience
