As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for managing all social media channels with an agency, ensuring the creation and delivery of engaging, brand-aligned content—including videos and weekly content calendars. You will lead the end-to-end process of CRM content creation and testing, ensuring timely and effective communication across all platforms. You will be supporting the Digital Manager with paid campaign execution. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and fluency in Arabic to support content localization and translation needs.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, merchandising, and visual merchandising  and you will need to align messaging with host brand and Alshaya guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have a creative flair, excellent communication skills, and strong analytical capabilities to engage audiences and generate actionable insights from social media performance reports.

Additionally, you will oversee external communications such as CRM and mall content and relationship, as well as internal communications initiatives.

  • Paid digital campaign
  • Prepare a media planning brief aligned with MENA marketing objectives, ensuring optimal channel mix and budget efficiency.
  • Create a content adaptation brief tailored for paid advertising formats, emphasizing audience targeting and engagement.
  • Review all creative assets to confirm brand alignment and optimize for conversion and performance.

  • CRM & Communication
    • Proficiency in CRM content creation and testing workflows
    • Experience managing external communications (e.g., mall content)
    • Ability to support internal communications with clarity and consistency
  • Social Media Management
    • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snap etc.)
    • Familiarity with platform-specific best practices and trends
    • Strong community management and customer engagement skills
    • Executoin of the strategy with our Social Media agency
  • Analytics & Reporting
    • Ability to analyze social media performance and extract actionable insights
    • Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Emplify)
  • Multitasking & Collaboration
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, merchandising, and VM teams
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Language & Localization
    • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
    • Skilled in translating and adapting content for Arabic-speaking audiences
