Role Purpose
To support strategic decision-making by managing, analyzing, and providing insights into Alshaya’s portfolio of investments, initiatives, and projects. The role ensures alignment with corporate objectives, optimizes performance, and facilitates prioritization of initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Analysis & Planning
- Maintain and analyze the corporate initiative roadmap and interdependencies over a multi-year horizon.
- Support portfolio prioritization using multi-scenario planning models to align with evolving corporate priorities.

Financial & Data Analysis
- Update and monitor portfolio financial status in systems like Planview.
- Gather, interpret, and report on key indicators (cost, ROI, benefits, trends).

Business Case Development
- Collaborate on investment proposals from creation to completion.
- Prepare materials for Investment Committee and ensure timely execution of actions.

Risk Assessment
- Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies for portfolio performance.

Reporting & Governance
- Produce dashboards, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and boards.
- Track benefits realization post-project implementation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience: Strong background in financial analysis, corporate planning, and portfolio management.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, data modeling, presentation skills, and familiarity with portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview).
