The Role:

The role of the Sous Chef within the kitchen team is to support the Head Chef in the overall kitchen operations whilst leading and motivating junior kitchen team members.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have/be:

·  A true passion for food and the ability to train junior members of the kitchen team

·  A strong, motivated individual with a proven background in leading large kitchen teams

·  Previous experience of working within a fine dining restaurant.
