Role Profile:
Undertake all activities within a department to achieve company objectives in a timely efficient manner.
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
Collect, process communicates relevant data in a timely manner, prioritising where necessary.
✓ Carry out HR administration and coordinate with Operations/Divisional Managers to
ensure compliance with company policy and procedure.
✓ Act as the communication point between divisions HRS.
✓ Receive PAF, verify information, forward to the concerned department, follow up, actions and file.
✓ Provide assistance to daily work routine of the Government Relations Manager if required.
✓ Follow up all labour cases in coordination with the HRS Lawyer.
Develop internal and external relationships to benefit the Business.
Create and maintain accurate files and reports.
✓ Receive requisition/visa requests from the concerned department, verify and start the process and
follow up.
✓ Open new file and forward Arabic Labour Contract for new Employees based on offer letter.
✓ File original Passport for processing Residence/Visa, and follow up with Payroll Department. Handle
all department and Employee related queries.
✓ Maintain the daily duties of the HR and Government Relations by administering the process for the
new joiners, active Staff (Renewal) and Leavers.
✓ Check resignations/terminations for relevant acceptance/approval, enter on Oracle, queries with
Operations/Departments if required and follow up.
✓ Ensure that HR systems (hard and soft) are maintained and update Oracle database.
✓ Report/submit absconding application to Ministry of Labour and Immigration.
✓ Generate periodic reports approved by the HR and Government Relations Manager.
✓ Maintain tracking sheets, up to date file for new joiners, resident cancellations and
active Employees.
✓ Ensure that Exit certificate from immigration is provided upon cancellation of residencies and final
exit from country.
✓ Handle all work injury related tasks.
✓ Suggest new personnel trends, responsibilities to Line Manager.
Act as ambassador for department and company at all times.
✓ Ensure that other support Employees are completing their daily tasks accurately and on time
Ensure the highest possible standards of Customer service both internally externally.
✓ Act as the first point of contact for one’s own area of responsibility.
Review and make recommendations for change in all processes regarding the specific department to
improve contribution to the Business.
Ensure department complies with Company, local Market and legal, policies, procedures and
guidelines.
✓ Ensure filing and security/confidentiality of Employee records, personal information and Passports,
and control access/release.
✓ Follow the disciplinary process when HR needed to be involved.
✓ Ensure that processes relating to all actions meet any Government requirements are promptly and
accurately carried out, correctly documented and legalised.
✓ Ensure Ministry of Social Affairs and Immigration employee list is up to date
