The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

  • Promptly respond to grievances received via different channels, demonstrating a high level of responsiveness and professionalism, and liaise with People Experience / Employee Relations teams for resolution.
  • Managing data and generating monthly and adhoc reports using People systems data.
  • Collaborate with Customer & Technology and Enterprise Solutions team for new demands for automation, improvements, upgrades and implementation
  • Conduct user system training & knowledge transfer sessions and provide technical support.
  • Ensure prompt and professional responses to company letter requests from current and former employees, while maintaining compliance with organisational policies and data privacy regulations.
  • Address inquiries from external companies or agencies regarding background checks and channel them to the respective teams.
  • Conduct quarterly audits of access rights and permissions for People systems & BI dashboards
  • Timely response to emails received from users at all generic email inboxes
  • Actively contribute to ongoing People projects to improve processes, policies and internal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines, SOPs and market labour laws.

Requirements:

  • Experience in people processes and good knowledge of people systems
  • Well-versed with company policies and procedures
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of regional labour laws and compliance frameworks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Fluency in Arabic and English
