The Role: 

Actively work towards reducing store shrinkage and creating a safe, pleasant environment for customers and employees, supervise the security officers both internal & external.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of local and civil criminal law (preferred but not essential).
• Awareness of indicators related to employee and customer theft or malpractice.
• Ability to produce accurate verbal and written reports.
• A clean record with no criminal convictions or disciplinary misconducts.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
