The Role: Co-Ordinator People Experience

As a member of the People Experience team, you will collaborate closely with the Officers Managers to support the recruitment process. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing candidates through various online channels.
  • Reviewing candidate applications.
  • Conducting telephone interviews.
  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Supporting the candidate offer process.
  • Producing regular and ad hoc reports as required.
  • Supporting the team in internal / external recruitment events for bulk recruitment.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Having previous experience in recruitment, HR, or any business support function is a valuable asset.
  • You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for maintaining trackers.
  • Previous administration experience is also essential.
  • Additionally, the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively is crucial.
