The Role: Co-Ordinator People Experience
As a member of the People Experience team, you will collaborate closely with the Officers Managers to support the recruitment process. Your specific responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing candidates through various online channels.
- Reviewing candidate applications.
- Conducting telephone interviews.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
- Supporting the candidate offer process.
- Producing regular and ad hoc reports as required.
- Supporting the team in internal / external recruitment events for bulk recruitment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Having previous experience in recruitment, HR, or any business support function is a valuable asset.
- You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, for maintaining trackers.
- Previous administration experience is also essential.
- Additionally, the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and multitask effectively is crucial.
