Role Profile:
Test Automation Engineer with 2-4 years of experience in test automation, specializing in TOSCA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining automation test scripts, ensuring effective test coverage, and collaborating with development teams to enhance software quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Automation Development & Execution:

Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using TOSCA.

Perform UI, API, and database automation testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Analyze test results, identify defects, and report issues with clear documentation.

Work closely with manual testers to identify automation opportunities.
Automation Framework & CI/CD Integration:

Contribute to building and enhancing automation frameworks.

Ensure automation scripts are optimized for performance and scalability.

Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, etc.).
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Work with developers, testers, and business analysts to understand testing requirements.

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support sprint-based testing.

Continuously improve automation scripts based on feedback and industry best practices.
Defect Management & Reporting:

Identify, log, and track defects in test management tools (JIRA, ALM, TestRail, etc.).

Generate test execution reports and provide insights to stakeholders.

Assist in root cause analysis of defects and suggest improvements.
Technical Skills:

2-4 years of experience in software testing and test automation.

Hands-on experience in TOSCA (Tricentis) .

Basic programming skills in Java/Python/C# for automation scripting.

Understanding of API testing and automation (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).

Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).

Experience with test management tools like JIRA, ALM, or TestRail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Tricentis TOSCA Certification (Automation Specialist 1 preferred).
