Role Profile:
Working directly with the Director of Digital Trading but integrated fully with multiple trading colleagues within each brand team, the Senior eCommerce Trading Manager will support the delivery and continual evolution of our online trading capability with a focus on driving and landing an optimal customer offer across all online environments to maximise conversion. The role will support the management of traffic/customer flow, assist in visualising an end-to-end view of our online trading performance at all times and contribute towards a step change on current state.
The Senior eCommerce Trading Manager will collaborate to support the delivery of a sophisticated multi-faceted trading strategy across all Alshaya direct to consumer properties. The purpose of the role is to assist in the delivery of a best-in-class onsite conversion operation which is focused on growth and commercial performance.
The Senior eCommerce Trading Manager will form part of a team of experts across the digital business tasked with establishing best practice working processes and tooling to deliver results. The role will support the development of the online trading community.
The role is empowered to help drive a performance centric strategy and achieve gains through the delivery of a clear roadmap of initiatives that drive optimal conversion, margins and sell through. The role is both strategic and reactive in its approach.

- At least three years’ experience in a trade performance role with a record of success and delivery.
