Job Title: Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Fusion Finance Technical Consultant

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Fusion Finance Technical Consultant with over 8 years of IT experience in system analysis, design, development, conversions, customizations, interfaces, and implementation of business applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to interact with business stakeholders to translate business opportunities and problems into actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and technical solutions.
  • Analyse requirements from users and functional leads, converting them into technical specifications and solutions.
  • Provide expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite R12, with a focus on financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, PO), Order to Cash (OM, INV, AR, Shipping), and Procure to Pay (PO, AP, INV).
  • Develop RICE components, perform data migration, and validate and load data from legacy systems to Oracle applications.
  • Proficiently use SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle Workflow. - Utilize OTBI, BIP, and FBDI tools for reporting and data processing tasks.
  • Lead and participate in OIC integrations and ensure Oracle coding standards are followed. - Develop Oracle XML Publisher reports and Oracle Discoverer reports.
  • Customize and personalize Oracle Forms as per business requirements.
  • Prepare technical design documents using AIM methodology for customizations and conversions.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage team projects efficiently.
  • Follow software development lifecycle practices and methodologies, ensuring delivery within tight deadlines.

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong technical knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 Financials, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay modules.
  • Proficiency in Oracle technologies: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, and Oracle RDBMS 11g.
  • Hands-on experience with OTBI, BIP, FBDI, and OIC integrations.
  • Familiarity with APPS data models and Oracle’s coding standards.
  • Experience with Oracle XML Publisher and Oracle Forms development.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
