The Role:

You will be responsible for delivering property projects on time, to budget and to the required standard, specifically managing suppliers and fit-out contractors, ensuring proposals, plans, layouts and finished property meet the requirements of the designers and brand.

You will also oversee the project teams to maintain the store opening schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have:

- A total of 5 years' experience in architectural and interior designing and site supervision.

- A minimum 5 years' retail fit-out experience.

- A Bachelor's degree in an engineering subject (preferably architecture) from an accredited university.

- Knowledge of, and/or previous experience with, local relevant processes and procedures (landlords, municipalities, civil defense, food control, drainage, etc...).

- Professional body membership.
