Responsible for adapting existing training materials to meet TVTC certification standards and developing new training content from scratch. This role ensures that all training programs are designed effectively and submitted for successful certification.
- Communicate and Align with all the brands regarding existing trainings provided by Alshaya or host brands in addition to identifying additional L&D training requirements
- Review and modify existing training materials to align with TVTC certification requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Design, create, or partner with relevant educational institutions for new training programs from concept to completion, ensuring they meet the Academy's objectives and certification standards.
- Prepare and submit content for TVTC certification, managing the process through to approval and addressing any required changes.
- Ensure a comprehensive and adaptive framework to assess and monitor training quality
- Work closely with trainers, program managers, and subject matter experts to ensure training content is relevant, effective, and aligned with program goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and content authoring tools; familiarity with TVTC standards and certification processes is an advantage.
- Strong skills in creating, adapting, and organizing training materials, with attention to detail and quality standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for content creation, editing, and liaising with certifying bodies.
- Ability to take initiative in content development, manage certification processes, and respond proactively to feedback and regulatory requirements.
