The Role: 

The Officer - People Experience enhances employee experience by creating a positive work environment, boosting engagement and satisfaction, and ensuring smooth transitions throughout the employee journey. Focus areas include Recruitment & Onboarding, Employee Relations & Off-boarding, Training Deployment, and Employee Engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

You will have:

  • At least 3 years’ experience in HR management, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and talent development.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in roles that involve significant interaction with employees and management.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with others.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks, work under pressure and priorities.
  • Creative and decisive problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and improve satisfaction.
  • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence to understand and address employee needs and concerns.
  • Leadership skills to manage and mentor junior people experience staff and coordinate with other.
  • Good to have – a familiarity of HR software and tools for managing employee data, recruitment processes, and engagement initiatives.
  • Good to have - knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
