The Role:

Working within the HR Department you will undertake all activities relating to payroll processing.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling payroll responsibilities on a day-to-day basis, ensuring compliance with company policies and country-specific labor laws
  • Ensure that  monthly deductions are actioned and appropriate payments are made
  • Confirm  accuracy and validate before the Payroll Manager’s approval
  • Collecting, processing, and communicating relevant data in a timely manner, prioritizing where necessary.
  • Creating and maintaining accurate files and reports.
  • Developing internal and external relationships to benefit the business.
  • Reviewing and making recommendations for change in processes.
  • Ensuring department complies with company, local market and legal policies, procedures and guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous payroll experience desired.
  • Oracle Payroll System
  • Labour Laws - well versed in UAE labor law
  • Basic Accounting
  • Fast Formulae
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel & Word)
  • English language skills (Arabic language skills advantageous).
  • Familiarity with Oracle database.
