Role Profile :

Work with the team to ensure high availability and optimum performance of the systems and applications responsible 

Smooth routine application support, SLA and service improvements 

Contributing to proactive maintenance, root cause analysis, impact analysis for changes 

Streamlining existing applications and processes to ensure successful operation of Magento related applications 

Continuously reviewing processes and improve as necessary to drive efficiencies. 

High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision 

Work closely with vendors to ensure expected support on vendor driven applications and services

 

Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science/ MCA from a university of repute. Additional business degree is a definite plus. 

Minimum 7 years of experience in Magento Development & Maintenance, Overall 6 years of experience in Retail / Service industry 

Skills:  

Technical or specific skills eg – Magento EE (Both 1.x & 2.x), PHP, OOPS, JS, JQuery, HTML, CSS, Unix 

Database knowledge - MySQL 

Knowledge in process flow best practices  

Prior experience in Production Support, Deployment & Release Management would be an added advantage 

Prior work experience with consumer facing internet websites and/or apps is an added advantage
