Role Profile
Supports the delivery of brand, product, and service training to store teams. Ensures employees have the knowledge and skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience and achieve commercial objectives. Adapted from the Brand Training Manager JD. 

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product knowledge, brand awareness, and customer service training.
• Conduct on-the-job coaching and support new joiner inductions. 
• Identify training needs through store visits and observations. 
• Support training calendars, records, and reporting. 
• Assist with new product launches and training rollouts. 
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback to management.
• Promote brand standards and a culture of continuous learning. 

Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor's degree preferred. 
• 2–3 years' experience in retail, beauty, or training.
• Good understanding of beauty products and customer service.
• Experience delivering training or coaching is an advantage.
