Stock Control Manager — Job Description

  • Inventory Oversight — Monitors stock levels daily to ensure products don’t run out or pile up unnecessarily.

  • Stock Recording — Keeps accurate records of all incoming and outgoing goods.

  • Order Management — Places orders with suppliers when stock is low and tracks deliveries.

  • Warehouse Coordination — Works with warehouse staff to organize storage and maintain tidy, efficient stock areas.

  • Loss Prevention — Identifies missing, damaged, or expired items and takes steps to reduce waste.

  • Reporting Duties — Prepares simple reports on stock levels, usage, and issues for management.
