Role Profile

The Business Analyst – Delivery plays a key role in empowering brand teams and store operations with clear, accurate, and actionable data. This role is ideal for someone who understands the basics of the delivery ecosystem and has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and a passion for insights. The role enables business growth by identifying operational inefficiencies, performance gaps, and opportunities across multiple brands and delivery aggregators.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and automate delivery dashboards, weekly reports, and performance trackers across all brands and aggregators.
  • Analyze delivery performance metrics (orders, cancellations, prep times, ratings, promotions, commissions, AOV, contribution) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with brand teams, store operations, and the Delivery Lead to support decision-making through clear and concise data insights.
  • Extract and clean data from multiple sources (Excel, POS, Power BI, aggregator portals) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support campaign performance reviews, menu launches, pricing updates, and category analysis for all aggregators.
  • Conduct deep dives to identify root causes of issues such as low ratings, delays, order rejections, or platform outages.
  • Build simple predictive models or scoring logic to prioritize focus areas and highlight improvement opportunities.
  • Present complex data in simple, business-friendly formats that help non-technical stakeholders take quick actions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (lookups, pivots, Power Query, data cleaning) and good understanding of Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
  • Basic understanding of the delivery ecosystem (prep time, cancellations, aggregator portals, ratings, radius, order flow, store operations).
  • Ability to interpret data, spot patterns, and translate insights into simple business recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable managing multiple data sets across brands.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex findings for operational teams.
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and excited to work in a fast-paced, multi-brand delivery environment.

Ideal Profile

  • Great stepping‑stone role for someone coming from store operations or brand support who wants to build strong analytical and commercial skills.
  • High cross-brand visibility, working with multiple hospitality brands and interacting directly with brand managers, store ops, and delivery leadership.
  • Exposure delivery ecosystem, gaining hands‑on experience in dashboards, performance diagnosis, and aggregator dynamics.
