Job Summary
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, planning, and performance reporting across regions and brands. This role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced technical skills, and the capability to partner with multiple stakeholders to deliver accurate, insightful financial analysis that supports decision‑making.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the annual budgeting process, periodic forecasting cycles, and long‑term financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with regional and brand teams to gather planning assumptions, manage data submissions, and consolidate variance explanations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, KPI dashboards, performance summaries, and analytical insights for leadership review.
• Conduct variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior year results, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Assist in preparing business review presentations and performance decks for senior leadership.
• Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and monitor key working capital movements.
• Work with planning and reporting systems (such as EPBCS and BI tools) to manage data loads, perform validations, and generate accurate reports.
• Produce ad‑hoc reports, deep‑dive analyses, and presentations as required by management.
• Utilize knowledge of planning systems such as EPBCS and Power BI to enhance reporting efficiency and data accuracy.
Key Skills & Tools
• Advanced Excel expertise (pivot tables, Power Query, lookups, modelling, automation).
• Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to prepare clear, structured, and compelling presentations.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and key business performance metrics.
• Experience with BI tools and EPM systems (EPBCS, Power BI, Algonomy, etc.) is an advantage.
• High analytical ability with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and manage tight deadlines.
• Solid knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
