Onboarding & Induction Support
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparation of contracts and offers, system access requests, and payroll set-up.
• Support the completion of background and reference checks.
• Arrange workwear, lanyards, and new starter materials prior to start dates.
• Support the delivery and logistics of Primark induction and welcome sessions in partnership with the Retail Management team.
Resource Planning & Administration
• Maintain accurate people data within the resource planning and people systems, including joiners, leavers, and contract updates.
• Support the preparation and distribution of weekly rotas and overtime information, ensuring compliance with working time requirements.
• Prepare weekly absence and attendance reports for review.
• Support administrative processes for colleague store transfers.
Learning & Development Administration
• Support the coordination and tracking of learning activities through internal learning platforms.
• Maintain records of mandatory training, including First Aid, Data Protection, and compliance learning.
• Support apprenticeship, levy, or early-career programme administration as required.
Engagement & Wellbeing Support
• Assist in coordinating colleague engagement and wellbeing initiatives within the store.
• Maintain engagement and wellbeing communications on notice boards and during store communications.
• Support the coordination of Listening Group meetings, including scheduling, materials, and note-taking.
• Assist with recognition activities, including nomination tracking and coordination.
• Support engagement survey coordination and monitor completion rates.
Performance & Employee Relations Administration
• Track completion of probation, mid-year, and end-of-year performance review processes.
• Provide administrative support for performance management processes, including documentation and correspondence.
• Support employee relations processes by preparing documentation, maintaining records, and tracking cases in line with policy and data protection requirements.
• Act as a point of contact for basic policy and process queries, escalating complex matters to Retail Management or the P&C Business Partner.
