Role Profile:

Undertake all activities within a department to achieve company objectives in a timely and efficient manner.

Help improve the employee experience at our organization. Your job is to assist in creating a positive work environment, increasing employee happiness and engagement, and making sure employees have smooth transitions during their time with us.

This role involves supporting various people-focused processes and helping with tasks related to Employee Relations & Off-boarding, Recruitment & Onboarding, Training Deployment, and Employee Engagement.

Responsibilities:

Training and Development:

  • Help organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees following the set calendars.
  • Assist in gathering employee training feedback to improve training programs.
  • Support when needed on delivering specific trainings.

Employee Relations:

  • Support Managers & Employees with their queries & concerns around policies
  • Assist in Grievance Procedures, Managing Misconduct, Disciplinary Hearing and investigations
  • Arrange focus groups in stores and collate feedback
  • Manage necessary trackers

Employee Engagement:

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events.
  • Assist in conducting employee engagement surveys and gathering feedback.

Offboarding:

  • Assist in managing the offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Assist in Conducting exit interviews and gather insights to improve retention and workplace culture.
  • Support in ensuring all offboarding documentation is completed and systems are updated accordingly.

Knowledge:

✓ Good general education including good practical demonstration of understanding of English language

✓ HR / Recruitment professional qualifications would be an advantage

✓ Understanding of local Labor Laws is an advantage

Experience:

✓ Two years working in a large commercial organization in HR or Recruitment are an advantage

✓ Retail operations experience or customer service experience desirable

Skills:

✓ Communication

✓ PC literate

✓People oriented
