Role Profile
• Commercially driven and lead engagement with brands in securing offers and rewards that drives key KPI’s
• Showcase and help brands understand the value of data
• Keep abreast of loyalty programme competitor activities by division
• Share results and performance of key campaigns and engagements with brands
• Support the Loyalty Marketing team delivering the launch and roll out business as usual marketing of Alshaya’s loyalty programme
• Working closely with the Alshaya Brands, translating Brand Marketing Plans into Loyalty Programme opportunities
Key Performance Areas
• Lead Loyalty Programme initiatives in order to drive customer acquisition, development, retention at a brand level
• Foster great relationship with brand partners
• Promote customer engagement through Customer Loyalty Offers and Rewards
• Working closely with the Marketing Team to deliver the Loyalty Marketing Plan and promotional calendar
• Work closely and build strong and effective relations within Brand Marketing teams, wider CRM, Digital and Strategic Planning teams,
• Drive Brand Planning sessions with Alshaya brands, translating the brand elements into Loyalty exclusive activities
• Planning, development and execution of omni channel campaigns, to provide an effective sales funnel to maximize loyalty value
• Adopting and helping brands adopt new processes and best practice standards
• Supporting the adoption of brand guidelines across the business
Skills Required
Essential
• Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders on multiple deliverables
• Think both creative and strategically, translating into marketing campaigns
• Proactive with organisational skills
• Detailed oriented with strong inter-personal skills
• Good problem-solving and a logical approach to work
• Excellent communicator (written and verbal; AR is a plus

Experience
• 3+ years direct experience in Marketing or Brand Planning
• Experience within Fashion / Beauty/ Wellness / Food industry
• Experience in cross channel marketing campaigns (SMS, email, push notifications, digital, social media, website/web portal)
• Planning, executing and delivering Marketing Campaigns
• Expert user of MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
