The head of eCommerce is a senior-level executive responsible for overseeing all aspects of a company's eCommerce business.
They are responsible for developing and executing eCommerce strategies to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and increase profitability.
They are responsible for building, overseeing and managing all aspects of a retailer's online sales, digital presence and performance.
This includes managing the eCommerce website, driving traffic and sales, and leading the eCommerce team. Head of eCommerce plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of an eCommerce business.
Their leadership and strategic vision are essential for maximizing revenue, optimizing operations, and delivering seamless customer experience.
