Role: Operations Support Manager

Profitability & Sales Growth:

  • Lead efforts to maximize omnichannel sales and profitability within the Country Sales market.
  • Drive and support the implementation of the regional growth strategy, ensuring successful execution and achievement of targets.
  • Cultivate a profit-focused culture throughout the country by providing coaching and establishing clear performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Regional team, Country Sales Manager, and Area teams to define omnichannel sales KPI targets for the country.
  • Manage the budget and forecasting process, working with Area Controllers and department heads in alignment with the regional strategy.
  • Determine appropriate store cost levels, staffing hours, and operational plans.
  • Develop and communicate the strategy for achieving regional targets.
  • Continuously monitor progress toward objectives with Area teams and department heads.
  • Support departments in working effectively toward their goals and ensure target attainment.
  • Analyze variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Financial Administration & Compliance:

  • Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting.
  • Maintain compliant procurement processes.
  • Oversee the accuracy of monthly financial closures and the annual financial statement preparation in conjunction with the Accounting Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to ensure adequate liquidity and cash flow management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for auditors and tax advisors, working alongside the Accounting Manager.
  • Establish and enforce audit-relevant procedures.
  • Oversee and initiate periodic tendering processes for contracts with external vendors.
  • Participate in risk assessment and ensure legal compliance within the country.
