The Role;
Senior Online Manager Responsible for online marketing spend, execution and optimization of online marketing budgets and online marketing campaigns, whether paid, or unpaid, through online or offline channels, is responsible for web advertising technologies and overall web advertising information.
✓Manage Website merchandising strategy and be able to place a plan to change the UI/UX on the site based on the product seasonality to drive high CVR ✓ Check GA data to know what the Top 100 search keywords and report to Performance marketing are to start bidding on the words as part of paid keywords strategy.
Plan campaigns with performance marketing with defining the channel/ spend per market. ✓ Monitor the spend of all paid social ads and be able to allocate the budget between the channels to optimise the campaign performance. ✓ Conduct regular checks on the website and App and make sure that the UI/UX experiences are identical on both. ✓ Be able to check all the Arabic content and fix it as per the market requirement. ✓ Able to conduct site Audit to make sure that the content and the hygiene of the site is working ✓ Have fair technical background to understand the root cause of the technical error of the site to report it to IT . ✓ Be able to develop UX strategy to enhance the shopping experience on APP and website ✓ Having excellent analytical skills and can create reports from BI/ GA/ GS / Adjust/ firebase / Magento / Dynamic Yeild
Requirements;
Experience: - 8-10 years in eCommerce digital marketing, with focus on customer and lead acquisition, across retail verticals. - Has managed online acquisition teams for at least 5 years, with direct acquisition budget responsibilities. - Ideal candidate comes from an online hypergrowth business based in digitally matured western markets, focused on lead and customer acquisition with multi-million USD budget responsibilities and especial focus on PPC channel
- Arabic Language is a strong “Plus” - Excellent command on platform “GA, GS, Firebase, Power BI, Magento, Dynamic Yield, Adjust, Firebase - Strong on site merchandising skills. - Strong analytical skills
