Responsible for assisting the Department to achieve department objectives and company goals in a timely efficient manner.

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

  • Keep accurate records, review information, consolidate reports and take action where necessary.
  • Communicate with Line Manager any variances, or improvements to be made to current department practices.
  • Develop relationships both internal and external to achieve objectives within timescales.
  • Keep track of the brand team contacts data base across the MENA
  • Schedule meeting on as per the request from the LM
  • Update attendance and monitor and track annual leave balance on a monthly basis

Knowledge:

  • High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and work experience
  • Communication, administrative and organizational knowledge

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience

Skills:

  • Organized – able to use resources efficiently and effectively
  • Good interpersonal skills - Effectively communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups
  • Time management – able to maintain schedule and updates timely
