Role Profile:
We are hiring a product owner to join our Product team. You will work alongside other Product Owners and report directly to the Senior Product Manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users.
You should be open to continuously learn new tools/techniques and industry best practices to enhance the customer experience by focusing on outcomes that helps scale the business.

Advocate for your platforms internally and externally and play a delivery role in enhancing product functionality.
Create, maintain, and communicate clearly in your product / project remit, working with the relevant colleagues to ensure wider cross project delivery
Is highly technical and organized.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
Business Analysis Execution
Manage business expectations for scope
Manage business during meeting and drive working independently
Manage requirement meetings and share updated from meetings
Applies an agile approach on all level of his work
Supports UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by validating requirements and system functionalities
Expertise
Experience building and shipping applications or software of features/products that encompass an end-to-end experience within a large-scale, ambiguous domain.
Works seamlessly across the organisation forging strong relationships and has experience of going through a full product lifecycle, from requirements, driving prioritization and pre/post-launch execution.
Advocate for your platforms internally and externally and play a pivotal role in enhancing product functionality
Create, maintain, and communicate clearly with an ability to work with all department resources and levels to enabling the organisations to meet their goals.
Improves systems by studying current practices, designing modifications.
Document any identified required changes and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues.
Technical Knowledge
Good knowledge in collaboration and documenting tools.
Good technical knowledge to understand complexity of systems however ability to code is not required.
Always seek ongoing technical improvements as technologies and customer behaviour develops.
Business Analysis:
Monitors progress by tracking activity, resolving problems and recommending actions.
Prepares GAP analysis, Exec documents, white papers, and reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Document any identified required changes and communicate them to the relevant third parties/colleagues.
Insight
Excellent Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills to deliver best in class user stories
Determines objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
Analyse system and business process requirements; construct workflow charts and diagrams; study system capabilities; write specifications

Work seamlessly with other members of the eCommerce team to provide support down to brands/ campaigns to ensure that projects are delivered in line with set processes and procedures, and in accordance with regional strategies, goals, and objectives.

EXPERIENCE / COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
Key Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience as Business Analyst or a similar role
Candidates with Magento / Acquia / AEM / IBM / Oracle experience preferred/Any eCommerce technology
Product management experience across product life cycle
Good stakeholder management and strong interpersonal communication both in technical and customer streams with a high standard of written and spoken English
You will have a positive and consumer first and product mindset combined with a strong interest & enthusiasm for eCommerce; must seek and deliver low hanging fruit opportunities.
Outstanding analytical skills & attention to detail - must be solutions orientated.
Experience collaborating very closely with product development and engineers or in a technology related environment.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of website technologies and an awareness of website development language
Working knowledge of front-end tech HTML, CSS, and Java as a bonus
Retail ecommerce experience.
Preferable relevant degree or professional qualification.
Preferable experience of MENA (Middle East & North Africa) markets.
