Role Profile:

To supervise a function within the eGroup Department to achieve business goals and objectives.

The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:

Maintain internal systems to ensure quality and continuity of standards, including the delivery of internal and external service level agreements.

Compile research and feedback findings and develop opportunities to benefit the Business.

Procure and enhance systems to incorporate internal needs.

Develop and implement systems and procedures to enhance department contribution to business and overall security of assets and information in compliance with company policy and local labour law.

Supervise a team within the Department.

Develop internal and external relationships and liaise with key areas to benefit the Business.

Responsible for managing access control within one’s area of IT.

Enforce organisation information security standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Knowledge:

•  Graduate/Post Graduate in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent.

Degree in Business or computer related discipline.

• It's necessary to have at least five years of experience working with kitchen types of equipment.

• It gives us great pleasure to work with individuals of all nationalities who are fluent in both writing and reading English as well as Arabic.

• A specialist in both hot and cold equipment is required.

• Necessity has extensive knowledge of the equipment listed below.
