The Role

As Operations Manager, you ensure the Foot Locker business runs efficiently, consistently and commercially, enabling stores to perform at their best. You translate strategy into operational discipline, removing friction and enabling teams to focus on customers and product.

• Driving operational excellence across the market
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards, processes and policies
• Supporting store teams through clear structure and priorities
• Partnering closely with Retail, Visual and Brand teams
• Enabling smooth execution across key trading periods
