Manage brand and implement brand plans within brand guidelines, and analyse and report on brand effectiveness to the business.

Promote recognition moments and programmes; create campaigns that celebrate great work and role-model behaviours.
Package and share learning pathways, career stories and skills growth opportunities.
Contribute to Wellbeing agenda on designing and promoting wellbeing campaigns driving healthy productivity
Communications
Collaborate with Corporate Communications to keep colleagues informed with transparent updates on wins, challenges and priorities.
Manage employer brand content calendar for internal and external channels; maintain guidelines and asset libraries.
Write drafts and edit content in line with organisational style guidelines to format and publish information on websites and in print; ensure tone of voice and visuals are consistent and prepare information for publication.
Talent attraction and employee advocacy
Translate values and EVP into clear messages and content that draw like-minded candidates, improving quality of hire, retention and engagement.
Showcase organisational achievements, community impact and employee success stories to build pride and turn colleagues into brand advocates.
Data analytics and insights
Advise on regular ‘Voice of the Employee’ activities; analyse insights; close the loop with “you said, we did” updates.
Set and report on KPIs; use insights to iterate.
Conduct research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
Policies and procedures development
Develop, test, and maintain procedures and guidelines to support the organisation in the implementation of, and compliance with, internal policies and/or external regulations.
Stakeholder management and engagement
Contribute to the management of partnering relationships with internal customers, building effective working relationships and providing high-quality professional services to support in delivering business strategy and plans.
