The Role:
As an HRS Officer, you will carry out HR administration and ensure that departments comply with company, local market and legal, policies, procedures and guidelines.
Key performance areas include but are not limited to:
- Create and maintain accurate files and reports from opening new employee files and forwarding Arabic Labor Contract, to resignations/terminations and even handle all work injury related tasks.
- Ensure HR systems (hard and soft) are maintained and updated.
- Ensure that other support Employees are completing their daily tasks accurately and on time.
- Ensure filing and security/confidentiality of Employee records, personal information and Passports, and control access/release.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have:
- Previous experience in Government relations.
- An understanding of laws and labor practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective planning and organisational skills.
