Role Overview

As a Store Manager for Alo Yoga, you will lead the store to achieve exceptional commercial results while delivering an elevated, wellness-driven guest experience. You will drive sales performance, optimize profitability, and ensure operational excellence across all areas of the business.

You will inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture that reflects Alo’s values of mindful movement, community, and premium service — while ensuring full compliance with company policies and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and exceed sales targets through proactive leadership and a strong presence on the shop floor.
• Maximise store contribution by effectively managing controllable costs and minimizing stock loss.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience in line with Alo’s brand standards and customer journey.
• Lead, coach, and develop your team to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Ensure operational excellence, including visual merchandising, stock management, and compliance with all company procedures.
• Analyse store performance metrics and take timely action to identify opportunities and improve results.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in store management within a premium or fashion-led retail environment.
• Strong background in leading high-performing teams and driving sales in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with confidence in interpreting commercial reports.
• A natural leader with the ability to motivate, inspire, and build strong team engagement.
• Passion for wellness, lifestyle retail, and delivering a premium, community-driven customer experience.
