Overall Purpose of the Role
To provide a professional and efficient recruitment service to the business
Working closely with your stakeholders to ensure live vacancies within their AOR are filled in a timely, cost effective, efficient manner
Policy & Process:
Follow and implement the agreed company policy, processes and recruitment best practice
Ensure that all vacancies are advertised in a timely way on the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Maintain the ATS to ensure the accurate reporting of recruitment management information
Be mindful of all costs and paperwork associated with vacancies are recorded accurately within the ATS and all candidates are captured and managed with the system throughout the recruitment process
Set up and maintain job pages on relevant websites, social media and job boards
Resource Planning:
Support the Head of Resourcing/Lead Recruiters with the planning of bulk recruitment trips
Stakeholder & Client Relationships:
Fully engage with Business areas and gain an in-depth understanding of divisions/functions
Provide specialist recruitment knowledge and advice ensuring that best practice recruitment is delivered consistently across the division/brand
Agree campaign plan details and timescales prior to commencement of assignment and deliver accordingly
Provides advice and resolution to managers on recruitment issues including, such as policy interpretation and employment law updates
Sourcing & Selection:
Understand and utilise the appropriate assessment tools for selection process in accordance with the role
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the timescales and to the required standards as documented
Keep up to date with latest resourcing/recruitment developments
Fully utilise all available social media direct sourcing methods, e.g. Linkedin, Facebook, SMS etc…
Implement the attraction strategy as advised by the Head of Resourcing Operations
Source and build a talent pipeline of candidates to ensure a direct proactive approach to recruitment is maintained
Paper screen CVs
Telephone screen all shortlisted candidates prior to brand/divisional interviews or assessment centres
Arrange interviews, liaise with candidates, stakeholders, agencies
Ensure agencies are fully briefed on recruitment assignments and that they always follow the agreed recruitment best practice processes and procedures
Work collaboratively with the Onboarding team and People Services to ensure a smooth offer and onboarding process for hired candidates
Complete all administrative tasks in line with internal SLA’s to ensure the successful implementation of selection processes
Attend recruitment trips & Open Days, representing the Company in a professional manner
Prepare job offer documentation in accordance with the agreed job specification so that successful candidates have all the information they require to make a decision
Skills and experience
Experience working in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment would be advantageous
Proven recruitment experience within an in-house/RPO/agency capacity
Experience and knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle is essential
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Proficient with MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Experience working in the MENA region would be a distinct advantage
