Role Profile:
Supervise sales floor/department and motivate team. Assist Department manager to maximize sales and minimize loss. Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures.
 
The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- Provide feedback to Department Manager and able to make amendments to visuals or visual guidelines based on the season and local market trends.
- Assist in training and developing visual and store staff on exemplary brand visual standards and delivery thereof.
- Assist in providing visual and store staff with ongoing coaching on best practices. 
- Assist in reviewing feedback from stores and customers and take remedial action as necessary.
- Communicate visual merchandising direction to the team via weekly visual merchandising summary, monitor the success of the displays, and raise opportunities with visual merchandising Manager.
- Supervise administrative duties in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Identify issues and clearly communicate to Line Manager.
 
Knowledge:
Good general education
 
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of visual management experience
 
Skills:
PC skills such as Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word.
Bilingual is a must.
